Exclusions

  • Damage from voltage fluctuations beyond ±10% of rated input
  • Installation by non-Austar / non-authorized technicians
  • Water ingress, fire, lightning strike, force majeure events
  • Consumables — lubricants, fasteners, non-standard downrods
  • Cosmetic / paint-finish issues after Year 1
  • Damage from over-speeding via 3rd-party VFD controllers
